These terms and conditions set out the full extent of any agreement between Azen Fuel Ltd. (Trading as Azene.co.uk) and you as “The Client”. By submitting an order on this web site you are agreeing to the terms that appear below which will apply to any purchase made on this web site.
1. Purchase Contract
Azene.co.uk is owned and run by Azen Fuel Ltd. Our company is registered at 103-109 Heath Road, TW1 4AZ. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Azene” or “Azen-e” or “Azene.co.uk” or “We” or “Us” or “Our” refers to our Company. “Customer”, “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
You must be at least 18 years of age in order to buy alcohol on our website “Azene.co.uk”.
All orders with alcohol are subject to an ID check upon delivery. If you cannot be at home to claim your delivery, it is your responsibility to make sure the person receiving the delivery is of legal age. If the person receiving the alcoholic drink is unable to provide an appropriate ID, we regret that our partner courier driver will be unable to deliver the alcoholic drink.
Once the alcoholic drink has been delivered, it becomes the recipient’s responsibility. Please drink responsibly.
All prices of the goods quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT, however exclusive of delivery charges. For full delivery and collection information please refer to our Delivery Details section.
The price of the goods will be as quoted on our web site at the time you confirm your order (usually by clicking the “checkout” button) subject only to any inadvertent technical error for which we will not be liable. If you subsequently amend your order, the prices charged will be those applicable to the amended item(s) at the time that the amended order is confirmed. Please note that as promotions are offered for a limited period of time subsequent amendments to your order may mean that certain promotions are no longer being offered.
3. Methods of Payment
The debit, credit and charge cards accepted by us are those listed on the web site on the date on which your order is placed. Payment in cash or by cheque are not available.
You agree to indemnify us in full against all costs expenses and outgoings incurred by us in obtaining payments from you in the event a failed payment occurs. This will include an administration charge of not less than £20. We may at any time after a failed payment has occurred ask a debt collection agency to collect payment from you.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you register on the website. You have the ability to change this address, during the check out process, should you need the delivery made to a different address. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether.
In the event that the shipping address you have provided during checkout to accept your parcel is incorrect or that you or an able bodied person(s) are not available at the delivery address, we will not be held responsible for any perishable items in your order and the delivery costs.
We take special care to endeavour that deliveries are made within a short delivery slot and accordingly, it is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at all times during the delivery slot. Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or cancelled delivery. If that is the case we will endeavour to contact you as soon as we are able to in order to reschedule your delivery time and date. In any event our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery.
We will always try to supply you with the full quantity that you have ordered. In the event that the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us promptly. You will not be charged for any incorrect goods or goods which you have not received. In any event, our liability will be limited to the price of the goods not delivered or incorrectly delivered and the cost of delivery.
If you choose ‘Standart UK Delivery’ option at the checkout, please read this section carefully: Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, our couriers are no longer offering delivery time/day guarantees, hence we are unable to guarantee delivery times/days. Delivery times and dates are advisory and we are not responsible for any delay, damage or loss caused in the event of a courier delay.
5. Return, Exchange and Cancellations
Once your order is placed with us, we are unable to cancel it unless there is an operational or technical reason that prevents us from processing your order. If you are not happy with your order, however, you have 14 days to return or exchange an item. Items must be returned along with the original receipt or invoice and in the condition they were purchased (including all packaging). Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details.
We guarantee the quality of our goods. Please inspect your order at delivery and notify us promptly of any product defects or issues (ex. if any of the items in your order is missing) We will promptly take action to arrange an exchange or a full refund to your original payment method for these items.
6. Special Offers and Promotions
From time to time, and in our complete discretion, purchases of goods may be subject to special offers. In the event that such a special offer applies to your purchase, the terms of such special offer shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time and without prior notice.
We reserve the right to offer in our complete discretion different customers different special offers and promotions.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other money offer, unless specified otherwise. Vouchers are personal, non-transferrable and cannot be sold to any third party. Vouchers cannot be applied to past orders made with Azene.co.uk and cannot be backdated or redeemed for cash and only apply to goods purchased on the Azene.co.uk website. Terms required for the usage of vouchers will be indicated on the voucher itself.
